The business partnered with TapCreative for a comprehensive year-long collaboration focusing on Brand Development, Communications, and the redesign of their stores.
The objective was to rejuvenate the brand and enhance the overall customer and pet experience across all Petmania outlets. Through strategic initiatives, including customer research and store reinvigoration, Petmania aims to set new standards in the pet retail sector.
