A shared goal for an equal future

The fallout of the pandemic has not impacted everyone equally, and it became very clear early on that women are bearing a disproportionate burden as a result. So, for International Women’s Day, TapCreative joined forces with Dress For Success to support women across Ireland into sustainable jobs, improve their confidence and develop economic independence.

Working closely with their team, we designed and developed a brand campaign to boost involvement from the corporate sector through donating the price of employee commutes, hosting mini ‘pecha kucha’ events (a visual storytelling style) or becoming an IWD partner. Our design narrative focused on the journey women have taken to push for equality and the road ahead. A simple and direct design style was developed across the key touchpoints of the campaign from branded mailers to social posts, culminating in a short video narrated by TV fashion stylist and founder of Dress For Success in Ireland, Sonya Lennon.
