Dress for Success, Dublin founded by fashion designer and social entrepreneur Sonya Lennon underwent a rebrand to WorkEqual back in October 2021. WorkEqual's mission is to support the economic independence of women by providing a number of services such as styling consultation, career advice support, mentoring, and financial education.
Their facilities on Arran Quay did not reflect their ambition or the brand experience they sought to build. As experts in retail design and experience we knew we could help. Not only by redesigning the clothes shop but also by garnering support from partners for materials and specialist fit-out skills to help realise our design concept.
We worked closely with WorkEqual to design a modern boutique store and career consultation space focused on elevating the experience, to deliver an environment that is warm, welcoming and safe for their clients.
And what better reward than to bring one of your designs to life. Several of our TapCreative crew volunteered to clean, sand, and paint the exterior and interior of the store. As well as provide hands-on support to source furnishing elements, material and labour donations and project manage the implementation.
Huge thanks to our valued client Chadwicks and our partners Allwood Architectural Joinery, Freeneys Graphics, Richardsons Ceramics and Joe Ladrigan Productions for their fantastic support on this project.
