Jennifer Monks joins as Client Services Director and Julian Esposito as Head of Digital Experiences & Creative Strategy.
Both Jennifer and Julian bring a wealth of experience and fresh thinking to TapCreative, having worked with renowned agencies and top brands across diverse industries and geographies. Their combined expertise will be instrumental in elevating the agency's capabilities and delivering exceptional results for clients.
Jennifer Monks, a recipient of the prestigious IAPI Female Futures Fund in 2023, returns to Leeson Park, the former home of Chemistry where she worked for six years. She joins TapCreative from Teneo, where she held the position of Director. With a passion for creative execution and exceeding client expectations, Jennifer has overseen numerous successful campaigns and projects for clients like Samsung Ireland, SuperValu, Bord nå Mona and US based multinational Edgewell Personal Care. At TapCreative, Jennifer will oversee client relationships and ensure the highest levels of satisfaction and growth.
Julian Esposito, an award-winning Global Creative Director and Strategist, joins the team from OMD EMEA. Having previously held positions with Core and Candyspace in London and New York, where he spearheaded Candyspace's growth in the US market. With a proven track record in creating compelling multi-channel brand experiences, Julian has worked with global brands like Pepsico, Levi’s, and Disney and closer to home, Aer Lingus and Tourism Ireland. He will lead TapCreative's digital transformation journey, shaping the agency's presence in the digital experience landscape. Enabling the agency offer clients’ seamless digital-physical solutions and strategies.
